Clay, The Growing Life was one of the first blogs I really got into reading… and in fact the first that I got an RSS feed to. It also helped inspire me to create my own blog a little while back, chronicling the path to mental clarity, happiness, freedom and lasting fulfillment. (Note that I didn’t really create it to finance my freedom, but because I enjoy having it.)

The Growing Life is one of the first sites I put up a link to. Hope people will find mine to be helpful as well.

Impermanence is one of the few predictable things about this life. Each choice you make is another stage of your personal evolution. Its nice to hear you choose to spend time with your grandfather. He appreciates that.

I was just starting to get to know you and your blog. Darn. But I will look at your new one before taking it off my site. I am curious now because you have a lot of readers of your old blog - - I figure the new idea must be good. ;-)

Enjoy the time with your grandfather. I went through that a few years ago. Looking back I’m glad I had that time.

Cool stuff! I love the idea and the title.

Everyone on the internet is talking about financial freedom especially people who are promoting quick-rich schemes. The title “Finance your freedom” is totally new and interesting to me. I’m looking forward to see that!

    Hi Clay!

Found your ‘4hww vs GTD’ smackdown post and larfed and larfed. Thanks for that. Basically the same things had been bothering me about GTD, but I couldn’t put it into words - and thus couldn’t discount the parts that needed discounting. I appreciate your eloquence greatly.

Be well, enjoy time with your grandfather, and look into 3 supplements for him - Alzheimer’s is not so complicated after all, it seems. Alpha-lipoic acid, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and Carnosine (taken in very high dosages and in conjunction) seem to progressively reverse Alzheimer’s in every study performed. It’s not the cheapest regimen at around $120-$180/month, but check it out.

I’m sure I’m about to enjoy more fun and useful reading.
